The VINO Philosophy

Vino Wine ShopAt VINO we love wine. Drinking it, talking about it, visiting suppliers, drinking it…..you get the picture. But we also don’t take it too seriously. After all this is a beverage that is meant to be enjoyed, not put on a pedestal as a monument to someone’s ego. We try to make it accessible, affordable, and most of all an accompaniment to life’s other pleasures. Food
travel, friends, family. As you look through our offerings we hope you’ll find something to pique your interest, or at the very least have fun reading about our latest finds. Nothing makes us happier than discovering some hidden gem from a little known producer at a great price. We tell our customers all the time that you don’t have to spend a lot to drink well, and if you are in a store that says otherwise you’re probably in the wrong store.

If you’re looking for that certain bottle but don’t see it listed by all means email or call and let us help you find it. We’ve had our store in Portland, Or. since 1999 and have 20+ years in all aspects of the wine business and have wine connections around the world. So read on, enjoy, and feel free to contact us with any questions and comments.
